Adopted in partAgenda update

Clarify the digital agenda and make adoption more visible

Refined the opening and five priorities around digital services and public ownership, presented opportunities as possible next moves, featured adoption, and distinguished activity from evidence of outcomes. Added a clearer route for suggesting unmet needs.

Why

Help readers understand the agenda’s scope, the work it illustrates, and how they can contribute. A proposed additional gap-analysis layer remains deferred.

Clarify examples and propose a test of government adoption

Relabeled the curated field work as selected examples, added source-review dates and reasons for inclusion, and added an Exploring opportunity to help governments adopt a durable product operating model through live service work.

Why

Examples should illustrate a strategic choice without posing as complete or uniformly current field coverage. The new opportunity tests whether delivery support leaves public ownership and usable capacity behind; no government pilot or partner is claimed.

AdoptedAgenda update

Make work underway visible across all five priorities

Added detailed pages for priorities two through five, with 18 additional efforts and links to their public sources.

Why

Connect the proposed strategy to work people are already doing. Descriptions distinguish operating programs from pilots and development; inclusion does not imply endorsement of the Agenda.

Focus two opportunities on concrete demonstrations

Replaced the unemployment-insurance kernel idea with a reusable open-source child-welfare system, and added a bounded privacy-as-code demonstration.

Why

Make the proposed work tangible enough to scope, test, and improve. Child welfare remains at Scoping and privacy-as-code at Exploring. Neither has a secured owner, agency partner, or funding.
